Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team starts processing it immediately. All products are freshly printed and carefully packed before they are shipped. On average, you can expect your package to arrive within 5–7 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays). This applies to most locations across India.
In rare cases, especially for remote or hard-to-reach pin codes, delivery might take an extra day or two. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and keep you updated with tracking information once your package is dispatched.
🔁 Exchange Pick-up & Processing Timelines
Need to exchange your product? No problem — we’ve got you covered!
If you request an exchange, we’ll arrange for a reverse pick-up from your location through our courier partner. Please note that reverse pick-ups usually take 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on your pin code and courier availability.
Once we receive the returned product, it goes through a standard Quality Check (QC) process. This QC check typically takes up to 5 business days to ensure the product meets our return criteria. If all checks out, we’ll dispatch the replacement item right after.
📌 Please note: A small reverse pick-up feeof ₹93 will be applicable for exchanges. This fee needs to be paid separately and will be communicated to you once your exchange is confirmed.
